About John
I grew up right here in Grand Rapids. My father was a teacher at West Catholic High School and one of my Uncles was a Monsignor in the Catholic Church. I attended Catholic Central High School and went on to Grand Rapids Junior College, now Grand Rapids Community College. After graduating I attended Aquinas College and received my BA in Communication. My degree taught me many things, one which has held true in helping people with hearing loss – the message is always lost if you cannot hear or clearly understand it.

Patient Care Coordinator
I’m a proud Rockford High School graduate (Class of 2003) and a longtime West Michigan resident, now living in Caledonia with my husband, our 13-year-old son, and our two beloved dogs. For the past five years, I’ve been dedicated to the hearing health field, where my true passion lies in helping patients and fostering genuine, lasting relationships.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me exploring new places, camping under the stars, fishing, traveling as much as possible, hiking, or spending time with family and friends. I’m a big foodie who loves discovering new flavors and experiences — and when it comes to sports, I’m a die-hard Michigan State and Detroit Lions fan through and through.
